IPCLOUD Mobile App Is Now Available
We are excited to announce the official release of the IPCLOUD mobile app for Android, now available on Google Play. The app brings the full power of IPCLOUD infrastructure monitoring directly to your smartphone — keeping field technicians and facility managers connected to their networks wherever they are.
What you can do with the app
The mobile app is designed around the daily needs of operators managing vacuum sewer networks and other industrial IoT systems:
- Active alerts overview — see all open issues at a glance the moment you open the app, with severity and grouping filters.
- Alert detail view — inspect the full timeline, severity, and related object data for every event, with one-tap buttons to open the location in maps or the browser.
- Acknowledge warnings — mark alerts as acknowledged directly from the field, keeping the team in sync.
- Full alert history — review past and present problems, including resolution details and durations.
Notification control that actually works
One of the most requested features from operators was smarter notifications. The app gives you full control: subscribe only to the specific events, stations, or metric thresholds that matter to you. No more notification fatigue from alerts that don't require your attention.
You configure subscriptions per-object, so a shift supervisor covering a single district only sees what is relevant for their area.
Works seamlessly with the IPCLOUD web platform
The mobile app is a companion to the IPCLOUD web platform, not a replacement. While the app is built for fast, on-the-go monitoring and incident response, the web platform remains the tool of choice for:
- Advanced reporting dashboards,
- Multi-protocol device management,
- Interactive digital twins for network visualization,
- And the built-in ticket system for assigning field maintenance.
